This form is designed to allow students living in residence to submit complaints and reports in regards to their living situation. Reports are submitted to the exclusively to the Vice President Student Affairs, and will not be available to any other staff of the University of Winnipeg or the University of Winnipeg Students' Association. Your anonymity is guaranteed.
